Does Shop Manager work without internet?
Yes. The app installs on your laptop and keeps your data there. Internet is only needed for updates or sending an invoice on WhatsApp.
Where is my data stored?
On your own machine — nothing is uploaded to a cloud. A backup is created automatically every night and older copies are kept in rotation, so you can roll back anytime.
Can I run it on two computers?
On the Business licence, yes. Both laptops connect over your shop WiFi and share one live database, and either one keeps working offline until it reconnects and syncs.
How is custom software priced?
We start with a short discovery sprint to map your workflow, then give one fixed quote for the whole build. If you proceed, the sprint fee comes off the project price.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Source code, domain, hosting and WordPress logins are all in your name and handed over at the end of the project.
How long does a website take?
A starter site is usually live in about a week. Business sites and stores take two to four weeks depending on content and product count.
